Where we're going:
We do artisan style work in the area of drug delivery and pharmaceutical business development. Our particular focus of interest is in the area of product pipeline strategy and product forecasting. Our focus is in optimally product pipelines with where the market will be at the time of approval and launch. Good strategy and a successful product is the result of hard work and critical analysis - we can help to provide both.
The majority of the work is done by Josef Bossart himself, with the ad hoc use of experts who provide additional expertise and capabilities.

Josef Bossart - Managing director. Jo has more than three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Following graduate school and a very short post doc, he started as a sales rep for Organon. This was followed by product manager, regional sales manager, marketing manager and managing director positions with Roche and Rhone-Pulenc Pharma. By the early 90's Jo was worldwide strategic marketing director for Rhone-Poulenc and an early champion of Lovenox commercialization in the US. This led to a series of VP-level business development positions with RPR, GeneMedicine and Enzon Pharmaceuticals. Bossart4 Bioconsult, the first iteration of The Pharmanumbers Group was formed in 2002, and through work with multiple clients and a couple of corporate stints has led to where the company is now. Over the past 10 years Jo has published two-dozen articles, most related to Drug Delivery, that have sharpened his sense of the drug delivery business and laid the foundation for the reports and forecasts tools he uses when working with clients. Jo received a B.Sc. (Hon) in Chemistry from Carleton University and a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from the College of Pharmacy, The Ohio State University. |
